London & Lothian Investments Limited was established in 1999
Based in Central London, the Company was set up by Mark Sachon & Michael Rayner, who between them have over 50 years of experience in investment property.
Now with subsidiary and associate companies, London & Lothian invest in all types of commercial property including offices, industrial, retail, leisure and retail warehousing.
Since formation the Group has been involved in property transactions with a value in excess of £150 million.
London & Lothian has built up it’s portfolio where by value can be created via active management, development, refurbishment or even break-up.
That is not to say the Group would not also be interested in single let long term investments, all propositions will be considered.
Properties or portfolios throughout the country will be considered with purchase costs ranging from £500,000 up to £50 million.
Agents will be fully retained and re-instructed.
